USE
OF SOFTWARE
Each software licence purchased from this site permits the client
to use one copy of the VillaCal calendar on one named web site.
The VillaCal software may not be used on any other web site without
authorisation by System Alchemy Ltd. The licence purchaser agrees
that VillaCal software may not be re-sold or distributed in any
way, and copyright of VillaCal software resides with System Alchemy
Ltd.
PRIVACY
System Alchemy Ltd regard client contact information as personal
information and will not sell or pass it to any other person or
organisation, unless required to do so by UK law. We will make occasional
contact with clients by email.
INDEMNIFICATION
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify,
save and hold System Alchemy Ltd harmless from any and all demands, liabilities,
losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted
against System Alchemy Ltd, its agents, its customers, officers and employees,
that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed
to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees
or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless System
Alchemy Ltd against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person
or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection
with servers used by System Alchemy Ltd; (2) any material supplied by
customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights
of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products
sold to customer from servers used by System Alchemy Ltd.
DISCLAIMER
System Alchemy Ltd will not be responsible
for any damages your business may suffer. System Alchemy Ltd makes
no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we
provide. System Alchemy Ltd disclaims any warranty or merchantability
or fitness for a particular purpose. The includes loss of data resulting
from delays, nondeliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service
interruptions caused by System Alchemy Ltd and its employees. System
Alchemy Ltd reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
